On January 5, 2026, the Vietnam M&A Investment Connect and Promotion Committee, the management and development unit of the Vietnam M&A Community, officially appointed new leaders for the Membership Development Division.

Accordingly, Master of Economic Management Đinh Quỳnh Trang and Ms. Ruby Thoa will officially oversee the division.

Experience in the retail sector, especially in FMCG: consulting and building investment models – companies operating in the retail sector such as R&D, products, sales policies, distribution channels, branding, product marketing, production schedules, logistics, human resources, profits, and cash flow, helping models – companies optimize efficiency and minimize risks.

Participated in numerous retail and product distribution models, developing brands for many successful enterprises.

Investment – M&A:

Participate in successful M&A deals in the retail and operations management sectors.

Assist in corporate restructuring after M&A, packaging the retail system model, operational management system, and optimizing trading companies.

According to the representative of the Investment Connection and Promotion Department: Due to the demand for participation and companionship from a large number of members in M&A VIETNAM, we:

1. Decided to establish the Member Construction and Development Unit (hereinafter referred to as the Construction & Development Unit or the Unit), under the Investment Connection and Promotion Department, appointing Master Đinh Quỳnh Trang, phone number: +84 912 166 228, as the Head of the Unit (overall responsible), and Master Hồ Ngọc Thoa, phone number: +84 941 993 400, as Deputy Head of the Unit (responsible for the Southern region).

2. Functions and duties of the Member Construction and Development Unit:

- To seek, select, and add members according to the criteria of the Investment Connection and Promotion Department.

- To expand the activities of the Investment Connection and Promotion Department in provinces and cities across Vietnam (in coordination with the International Promotion and Investment Department, the International Relations Subcommittee, the International Cooperation Department, etc., under the Investment Connection and Promotion Department) if abroad.

- To support and connect members within the Department.

- To propose commendations for the Department Head for members who actively participate and contribute to the activities of the Investment Connection and Promotion Department.

The Investment Connection and Promotion Board will expand to include members who are domestic and international organizations starting from 2026.
